The Trust Rise: When the Universe Meets You Higher

We’ve all heard of the trust fall. You close your eyes. Cross your arms. Let yourself drop backward and hope—pray—that someone catches you before you hit the ground.

It’s a meaningful exercise for corporate retreats and summer camp, but let’s be honest: it’s also how many of us have been conditioned to experience life.

We brace for impact.
We hope the blow won’t be too bad.
We ask the universe for our desires but prepare ourselves to be let down.

That is called survival, not trust.
And survival isn’t where your highest love, wealth, or success is born.

The Trust Rise is different.
Instead of falling and hoping to be caught, you expect to be lifted. You know the floor isn’t about to drop away. You can feel the ground rising to meet you—
The wind catching your back—
The universe rearranging itself to match your commitment and devotion to yourself.

This is sovereign trust. It’s a frequency. The kind that comes from embodiment rather than bargaining.

From pleasure, not fear.

Pleasure is the frequency stabilizer. The more you prioritize presence, sensation, beauty, and self-devotion in your everyday life, the more you naturally expect things to work out for you.

-A goddess night with yourself.
-A long slow dinner where you eat with your fingers (one of my favs!).
-A morning where you touch your body like it’s the most exquisite thing you’ve ever held.

These are not frivolous indulgences. They’re how you tell your body: We are safe to rise.

The first time you experience a Trust Rise, you notice something:
You stop holding your breath.
You stop asking “What if this falls apart?” and start wondering, “How much better could this get?”

And here’s where it gets fun—your field begins to change.
Opportunities find you faster.
Love deepens or appears out of nowhere.
Money shows up in unexpected ways.

Because you’ve stopped bracing for the fall, your entire being is oriented toward the rise—and the universe rushes in to meet you there.
