Sharon’s work is informed by decades of experience in alternative culture communities, including sex-positive, LGBTQ+, kink/BDSM, and non-traditional relationship spaces, where questions of identity, power, and authorship are lived in real time.

She has lectured for psychology graduate interns on ethical non-monogamy, facilitated community dialogue groups on sexuality and relationships, and taught both the technical and emotional skills involved in power exchange, embodiment, and conscious relating.
