Pain and Pleasure Are Just Stories. You Can Change the Ending

Most people believe pain and pleasure are opposites.

That pain should be avoided.
And pleasure should be chased.

But pain and pleasure aren’t opposites.
They’re siblings.
Two faces of the same force: sensation.

One contracts.
One expands.
But both are simply energy moving through the body.

The only difference between the two is the story you tell about them.

This is what I’ve found through years of sacred play, erotic exploration, and deep alchemical embodiment:

Pain is not inherently bad.
Pleasure is not inherently good.
Both are just signals. Invitations. Sensations waiting to be named.

Your nervous system was trained to label discomfort as danger.
To shrink away from intensity.
To avoid sensation that doesn’t feel soft, sweet, or safe.

But when you start questioning those default stories—
when you bring curiosity instead of contraction—
everything changes.

You stop bracing against the moment.
You stop trying to escape the body.
And you begin to feel… more.

⚡ What once felt like overwhelm becomes release.
⚡ What once felt like contraction becomes opening.
⚡ What once felt like suffering becomes… bliss.

This is the alchemy.
Not from dark to light—but from resistance to receptivity.

A return to the truth that you get to choose what your sensations mean.

And this isn’t just about the bedroom.

This is about becoming the kind of person who can hold more—of everything.

More love.
More wealth.
More power.
More of your own magic.

Because when you’re no longer afraid of sensation—you become limitless.
